Just picked up a set of new flame stemmed mirrors. I went to put them on and every time I have them lined up to where they should be they are not tight enough on the bars. I did get the metric adapters for them. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get them tight and lined up correctly?

there should be a tightening nut on the stem of the adapters. Tighten as far as you can with the stem, then tighten down with the lock-nut. Sometimes the adapter will have a lock nut on top and bottom to help "fine-tune" where you want the mirrors.
