OK I know this is last minute but as I posted before Im gonna bring along my large charcoal grill/wood smoker. I can do enought food on it to feed a small army. Last time I used it I did a 2 lb brisket, a whole chicken and two racks of beef ribs and had room to spare. So I was thinking hell I might as well do more than that as long as I'm at it. Probable fire it up Friday so by the time everyone gets in foods ready. That or Saturday but either way if anyone wants to chip in 4-5 bucks towards the meats I'll get lots more brisket, chicken and ribs tonight and bring them along with all the dry rub spices etc so we can eat like kings one eve. Just throwin it out there....

Looks like I had a good day off!
